Hello

I am a full-time Father and a Food Chem- Teacher and a (part-time according to my boys...) Cook.

I love teaching and researching and wish I had more time to try new recipes = food experiments!

The first Food Scientist (and...Medical Doctor - i.e. Hippocrates) was 100% right when he said "make food your medicine". This is the philosophy I am trying to spread around by writing a book.

You can reach me at

@yanzabet

Welcome to FunFood16 and enjoy the ride!

UL Talk

UL Talks are short video lectures delivered by UL teachers on themes, issues, ideas and subjects that they are passionate about. They are designed to showcase our teachers, and to give the wider world a flavour of some of the conversations being initiated within UL’s classrooms, laboratories and communities. UL Talks are becoming an important part of UL's global digital identity and the future aim will be to showcase all our teachers using this medium.

Your comments and views on this talk are most welcome.

This book is about the fish we eat, fish that not only sustains us but also provides us with pleasure and well-being. Fish is also a valuable source of nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals. [Nova Science Publishers]
