Have you heard about Rhasidat Adeleke?

Have you heard about Rhasidat Adeleke? Probably not.

Rashidat is a sprinter - this year her time at 400m was shocking so she decided to run 200m at the Europeans.

But she had to qualify first - she did so few weeks back at the Nationals.

Rhasidat Adeleke had to run a time of less than 22.85 seconds in the 200m, and she did that in Santry, running home in a time of 22.80.

She run against 1.1 m/s wind (headwind).

And then, last night... she just stormed to the Silver Medal with a NR!

What an inspiration!

Respect!

Sprints, Lane 8 and Grit: The TB phenomenon

with Thomas Barr, a Honour!

Some people have Grit.
Grit makes them Champions!

I had the chance to meet one of these Champions...

and I asked Thomas: what  made you going in the last 50 meters in Berlin running at the worst lane?

An inner voice was his answer.

Thanks a million, Thomas for this chat!
May your Paradigm be an Inspiration for all of us for years and years!

Yours,

Yannis
