fish is much more than omega 3s !!!

some fish that we have fished with spear guns and enjoyed with ouzo :)

what we need to remember is this:

1. fish is a very nutritious food in relation to inflammation (i.e. CVDs, cancer, stroke, diabetes etc)
2.there is much much more in fish than omega 3s.
